What you will do:

What you need:

Working knowledge of aircraft fuel systems

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations.

Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing. 

Prefer 1 year experience fuel technician experience in a heavy maintenance environment

Prefer Airframe License 

 Prefer prior experience at a FAR Part 145 Repair station

What you will do:


This position will perform structure maintenance, repair, and/or modification on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours, and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  You will also consult and interpret blueprints, Structural Repair Manuals; Illustrated parts Catalog, service bulletins and engineering orders to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged structural components. In addition this position will document all maintenance actions in accordance with Airborne, customer, and FAA guidelines. This position is also responsible to Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing logbooks, Airborne, and customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the Production Supervisors.  

What you need:


High school diploma or equivalent

Airframe license

Working knowledge of aircraft construction and repair principles.

Working knowledge of computer based aircraft maintenance software

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFT Part 145 repair station operations.

Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing.

What you will do: 

Load and flow aircraft work cards in the manner designated by customers Maintenance Program. Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to setup and flow aircraft according to manpower strengths and skills. Provide input for timely completion of outside work to ensure timely delivery of required components. Provide effective customer support ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is available at our both our CVG and Wilmington locations.  

What you need: 


High School Diploma OR GED

A & P License preferred

5 years experience working as an aircraft technician in a shop, line, or heavy maintenance environment or repair   controller, work controller or another support function in aircraft maintenance OR

BA degree in business, management or related and 2 years working as an aircraft technician in a shop, line or heavy maintenance environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Working knowledge of FAR as they relate to CFT Part 121 operations and Part 145 repair stations

What you will do:

This position will perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and customer maintenance program requirements, in estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  You will also consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Position also will perform typical maintenance actions including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring to include the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines and flight controls. In addition this position is responsible for completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts ISW with customer and/or repair station guidelines.

Additionally you will Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing company logbooks or customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the production supervisors.

What you need:


High school diploma or equivalent

Airframe and Powerplant license

Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems

Working knowledge of computer based applications

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations Aircraft maintenance Manual, Overhaul Manuals, Servicer Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Structural Repair Manuals.

Avionic Technician


Job Description:

Within budgeted or estimated time, repair, modify, install, and perform routine maintenance of all Avionics systems with accuracy and with minimal assistance.
Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents from both the customer and company.
Apply deductive reasoning to troubleshoot and repair and/or check complex systems.
Properly utilize Avionics test equipment to perform systems test and keep abreast of new and advanced test equipment and the use of such equipment.
Properly utilized and maintain Avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations.
Keep leadership and co-workers apprised of work progress and/or problems.
